This community participates in an affordable housing program and household income limits apply based on household size and program guidelines. All applicants must complete the same screening process, which includes credit, criminal, and rental history screening in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Applicants must also provide verification of household income demonstrating the ability to meet the propertys income and eligibility requirements.

Utilities included in the rent are electric, gas, cold water, sewer and refuse.  Residents are responsible for internet, phone, and cable tv. 2 bedroom cottages have a non-optional garage for an additional $89 per month.
