INH is dedicated to offering our residents a secure and cozy living environment! We employ skilled on-site staff who promptly attend to maintenance requests. Additionally, we maintain robust partnerships with service providers throughout Minnesota & Iowa to ensure efficient and careful handling of your needs. With a 24-hour maintenance response team, we guarantee swift resolution of any after-hours emergencies, ensuring your maintenance concerns are addressed promptly, day or night.


Leasing
INH employs highly trained leasing professionals to meet the needs of each property under our management. Our Corporate Office is home to a seasoned leasing team and effective leadership familiar with every property in our portfolio and its offerings to prospective residents. We are happy to schedule evening and weekend appointments upon customer request. INH requires all individuals over the age of 18 to apply and undergo the application process for future occupancy. Additionally, each property mandates a location-specific security deposit, payable upon application approval to secure an apartment.
Compliance
Each member of our compliance team participates in ongoing training sessions offered by government agencies specializing in affordable housing. They diligently stay informed about current regulations and emerging trends within the affordable housing sector.
Our compliance team members are rigorously trained, certified, and proficient in Affordable Housing Laws, as well as EIV, TRACS, 50059 forms, TICs, MINC, annual and interim resident recertifications, income guidelines, and rent management.
INH Properties provides our Affordable Housing Property Owners with full service compliance management for the following types of housing:
