This is a senior, smoke free community for persons age 62 and older or disabled. Our gazebo overlooks Onamia Lake. We are near medical facilities, shopping, dining & a casino! Of course, the grand Mille Lacs Lake is just around the corner!

Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer, and Refuse.  Residents are responsible for payment of electricity and optional internet or cable tv.
